I was, along with many others who braved the cold. The stellar line up of authors included our own Margaret Atwood and Sarah Waters.

The following evening I attended another World Book Night event at Hornsey Library, featuring two more wonderful Virago authors. Gillian Slovo interviewed Linda Grant about her novel, We Had it So Good. Not quite the numbers that thronged Trafalgar Square but packed out nonetheless!
